What I love about the current day Xbox is twofold.

1. The diversity of content on the Xbox platform is becoming unrivaled, it's becoming a great place for indies, medium sized companies trying to jump into AAA and a variety of genres being cultivated on Xbox.

2. The people who lead the Xbox team seem passionate about the industry and want to deliver to the fan base. I have faith that Sarah and Phil are doing the best they can to get us the games that we never even dreamed of.

This was a great interview and I'm glad she elaborated on the full scope of everything she does! As a huge fan of Japanese games and asian games overall, her work there as part of an initiative set some time ago, has made me a much happier consumer. Still more work to do as I still feel I need to rely on Steam more oft than not.

I just love how involved and open the xbox leadership is in talking and sharing their passion and excitement. Nothing seems forced or scripted when they speak they clearly have an agenda they are working towards but it comes from genuine love and care for gaming in general. They are all actual gamers who enjoy playing games and it just shows when they come on interviews and interact with the community they are so relaxed and down to earth its just nice that they even interact and speak with the community. I clearly know they are trying to do buisness but they truly do a lot that most executives of companies would never do and I appreciate that.. much respect and thank you!
