Joanna, I'm training for Army Ranger School. My major weakness is running out of breath. I've been practicing the belly breathing. I run the 5 mile in 36 minutes, and trying to get it down to 33 mins without feeling like I'm going to pass out. I primarily breathe in and out mouth. What's a good tip for pushing through the hills (breathing, posture).

He must sleep on his side!!  that's the issue because that my issue . I turn to my bad side during my sleep. would you say at best if you sleep on your stomach?
