Rarest armor trim set in Minecraft. Proving Minecraft wrong by using math to show silence it not the rarest armor trim in the game. How to get all new 1.20 minecraft armor trim types and sets using smithing template found in structure loot chest. The templates are: ward, snout, dune, tide, spire, wild, rib, sentry, coast, eye, vex, wayfinder, raiser, host, shaper, silence. Trim for leather, chain, iron, gold, diamond, netherite, turtle. Using materials of iron, copper, gold, redstone, lapis, diamond, netherite, amethyst, quartz. i found every armour trim in my world, but i had to loot 9 ancient cityes in order to find silence trim but found the other with ease

Respect your work, but rarest doesn’t necessarily mean how many are in your world, it’s also about how hard they are to get. For example, eye armour trim is found in stronghold libraries which don’t generate nearly as much as other structures, but it’s way easier to get than armour trims like silence which you have to search tens of ancient cities, with risk of dying to the warden,

Ribs are so hard to find, while shipwreck ones are easy becouse there are so many of them underwater.

Coast cant be rarer than silence, I will found coast in every secons shipwreck

For me, trail ruins were the biggest grind. Followed bye silence. All 5 trail ruins I dug up were next to water near villages in tiaga Forests. I'm now grinding 💎. Good hunting peeps

I must disagree on silence. It was incredibly difficult and time consuming for me. I found the mansion, jungle temple, pillager and dessert pyramid trims while flying around looking for an ancient city. Then even when digging straight down into one I was often wrong. Took me ~15 cities before I found silence.

But you also gotta factor in how many chests can have them and how rare those chests and structures are

I understand the whole blocks traveled thing, but I would choose finding every other trim over the just Silence trim. Doing it was actually mind melting, especially if you don't cheese the warden with like a chunk loader or whatever it is. I think based on how many Ancient Cities you have to go through (unless you get super lucky), it would turn out to be #1.
