*** We will be posting a new THEORY video every week until we complete this series inshaaAllah. ***

Assalamu Alaykum
Welcome to Tajweed Made Easy.

In this lesson we’re going to learn about an area from the 5 areas that letters are pronounced from. The area is the Halq(throat) and letters that are articulated from the throat. We’re going to practice this rule with Quran Ayat and also mention some of the common mistakes that are made when articulating the letters of this area so we can avoid them.

Watch out for a new theory video every week until we finish this series inshaAllah!

We hope you enjoyed and benefited from this video on the Tajweed Made Easy channel.

Assalaamu Alaykum,
For some reason, as was recently pointed out to me, my غ sounds like خ. I’ve tried pronouncing it differently but they still sound the same, do you have any tips that might help?

Assalaamu Alaykum, not sure if you check comments on older videos, but I’m having trouble with ه it seems as if I’ve got ح down correctly but when I hear people pronounce ه I can hear faint breath in their pronunciation if that makes sense. Almost like a lighter ح. My question is: is this faint breath that is heard with ه only with men when they pronounce it, or does it depend from person to person, or from vowel mark for example ha, hi, hu, differ in breath sound? When i say ه I don’t really hear that faint breath unless I try to force it, and sometimes I do.
