New Way To Punish Illegal Parking

In New York, a new method for punishing illegal parking has been devised. So this innovation called Barnacle is set to replace the traditional parking boot, as there is a built-in motor with two suction cups that latch onto the glass with 1,000 pounds of force, making forcible removal next to impossible. And attempting to remove it without paying the fee triggers this alarm noise.
