Listening to this song after VP announced her plans on July 1. Nakakatuwa lang na ilang days after natin masaktan (and for sure masakit pa rin), laging may liwanag na tatanglaw sa'tin pabalik sa daan na sinimulan na natin. Totoo ngang nagsisimula palang tayo. Tara na at sama-samang ipakita ang radikal na pagmamahal sa isa't isa, sa lahat.

These bands and singers, and many others bravely stood up, demanded good governance and endorsed the most qualified candidates to be our next leaders. Almost all of the aforementioned artists volunteered and performed during the campaign rallies for free. They willingly waived millions of talent fee despite the fact that the music industry was hardly hit by the pandemic. Others wrote and recorded new songs dedicated to the bayanihan movement. They did this despite their being vocal will surely be off-putting to the majority of their fans, potentially losing listeners and concert attendees.

Whatever the results may be, one thing is for sure. The spirit of OPM is alive. Mabuhay ang OPM!
