I have the same question as Vivian. If someone handles the 1% well, should we stick to the 1%? I'm aware the EU changes policies soon and the 1% likely dissapears here soon. Is this meant as a replacement for EU customers?

Seems like PRO is like a gentle version of 0.3% retinol and 1% is still the strongest one. Am I correct ? Thank you
