2 key points that need to be pointed out
1. DO NOT use matches on wounds that will do more harm then good
2. DO NOT stick anything up your nose to stop bleeding pinch your nose and lean forward that will stop a nose bleed

Please DON'T do the thing with the hot matches! Please!
Take it from a nurse who's worked in the ER..
If someone gets bitten by a snake, try to remember what it looks like for references later on (poisonous or not, etc.).
Just call an ambulance. It's the best thing you can do. Follow instructions from the 911-worker on the phone.
Stay save everyone! :)

If you burn your hand *DO NOT* put a bandage on it. Run the burn under lukewarm water (not cold) then put cling film on it loosely (burnt limbs tend to swell). Bandages stick to burns then when you peel of the bandage you peel off the skin. Not fun. The fainting one was true, try and get them to drink something fizzy if they are awake instead of water if you can. Never put anything in the mouth of an unconscious person. For a snake bite, elevate the bite if possible and try to keep the casualty calm. Sitting or laying them down is also a good idea. call an ambulance. For splinters, a sterilised needle or tweezers will get it out. For a nose bleed don’t put your head back. Pinch the soft part of the nose and put the head forwards. Think about going to the doctors if it lasts more than half an hour. For choking, don’t attempt the Heimlich manoeuvre unless you are trained to do so. Instead stand at the side of the choking person, with your dominant hand behind them and your non dominant hand in front of them. Hit hard in the middle of the shoulder blades in an upwards direction three times then check if the airway has been cleared. For a person that is properly choking they won’t make any noise because the airway will be fully closed off. If it’s a partial blockage they might make some choking noises and cough a bit. Please take a first aid course if you can. Don’t watch videos like this to try and get an idea of what to do. There is so much misinformation out there and doing the wrong thing can kill someone. Always be effective, safe and prompt in helping people. I’m a youth first aider which means I’ve successfully completed a 12 hour course and test on basic first aid. Please keep in mind that I’m by no means a professional, I only know basic stuff. But basic knowledge is better than none I guess. If you are still reading this, thanks and I hope you have a good day

0:21 don’t do this if you don’t want it to blister you should run it under lukewarm water to stop it from blistering.

Minor burns suitable for home treatment include:

First-degree burns, which appear on the outer skin layer, are usually red, painful, and swollen.

Small second-degree burns are no more than three inches in diameter. These burns are usually red, swollen, painful, and develop a blister impacting the outer and the underlying skin layers.

To treat minor burns, the American Academy of Dermatology Association (AAD) advises:

First, cool the burn, using cool (not ice-cold) water. Soak the burned area in the water or apply a cold, damp compress to the area for at least 10 minutes. Don't use ice on the burn, as the frigid temperature can further injure the skin.

After cooling the burn, apply a layer of petroleum jelly to protect it and cover it with a bandage.
If there's a blister, avoid popping it.

If you're in a lot of pain, take an over-the-counter pain reliever, such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen. We want to make sure you're comfortable.

I’m just saying it’s more safer to have running water when you burn your hand so your burn can get clean water on it

My bff has them from time to time.

Don't use the first hack, you have to apply pressured water to a burn or else it will start to blister🙂

If you have an allergic reaction you should always get an epi-pen or another form of medicine not baking soda and water!

Life hack for legs cramps ! Stand, it’s the logical thing to do ! Not putting lemon on it ! Also when you’re having cramps touching your tounge and your nose is only a distraction from the feeling the cramp is giving you ! Love ya ! Stay safe ! 😋
