Hi Jagbir, it will be great if you could explain the below -
1 ] Acc to clause 6.1.3 B - Can we say even after including all controls from ISMS Document and all from SOA, Its not enough to satisfy an ISMS Requirement.
2 ] Is the competence Matrix which we created a mandatory document ?.... Like we could just maintain Employee education, training, experience …..here do we have to note down their responsibility too ?
3] Acc to Clause 8.1 In this does “ process ” here imply BCP/DR, Incident, User access, etc, etc ?
4 ] Does Problem Management which is an extension to Incident falls outside the controls with regards to Incident
