For people commenting on the hexagonal design pattern of the LEDs in the ceiling.. similar designs and lighting patterns help in noticing the imperfections in the paint and body panels of the vehicle when light arranged in straight lines and bars reflects off the painted surface. All or at least the majority of auto bodyshops and professional car detailing garages have similar setups installed on the ceiling, walls or sometimes in purpose built booths. The light helps identity each and every imperfection in the car's exterior from deep scratches to minute swirl marks and even flaws in the coats and layers on the sheet metal. From inspecting to paint correction, restoration, touchups, applying PPF, wraps, compounding, polishing, waxing, sealing etc.. this sort of lighting is a must.
