If James English got his pro card, Oliver is gonna crush it. The kids structure is insane

Last year around this time I was 290 pounds pre diabetic at 5 foot 11. I knew I needed a drastic change and I went keto. I slimmed down to 241 pounds and couldn’t lose any more. That’s when I found out about coach Greg calories in calories out and switched from keto to eat whatever I wanted as long as I keep it below 2000 and If I want more food I have to earn it and burn it off first……I’m currently 199 pounds eating 3000 calories a day! 😁🤗🙏🎉 Life’s good and delicious! 😋

I was surprised that all this time you didn't make a video on Oliver Forslin prep. As he is looking insane

You know this guy is on a heavy cycle when he isn't losing muscle, only fat, when on 1900 calories. That's just not normal.

Just wanted to thank you for an earlier video where you said "Just work Harder" but do the exercises you like. I started watching videos here about a year ago and they told me what I was doing wrong and not what to do, I started following there advise. I noticed I was having small ache and pains and lost gains. I caught yours went back to what I liked and how I did it. Feel much better and getting back my old routine. Thanks

I never had abs until i followed your channel. You without a doubt give the best advice when it comes to nutrition

Completely relate to being excited over whole eggs. When you haven’t had the yolk in a while, it’s literally like a treat

Thank you, water is super under rated, it is so damn important and I see so few people drinking water in the gym.

A video on Camp Knut, where a body builder helps streamers try to get fit in 30 days, would be a very interesting video. Thanks for all the help coach

Totally agree with you regarding the pre workout.

My personal PWO routine: I take the PWO and wait for around 20-25min, then take the car to drive a small detour to the gym while blasting music for 10-15min. That gives me the dopamine and adrenalin rush to train harder than last time.

Hey Coach Greg you should do a reaction to the video posted by the twitch streamer MizKif. He recently started doing a fitness camp with a couple of friends and posted how the first days went. He inspired a lot of people and they are entertaining, and it’s probably a good chance to give tips for people starting to go to the gym since he most likely will react to your reaction video, bc that’s what he does on stream too.

Love the content Coach Greg! How did you learn so much about nutrition? Was it trial and error, a good coach, or formal education? Would love some good resources to help dial my diet in! Thanks!

Respect to you and everyone else who works there ass off sculpting your physique. Although I do not speak from experience I agree with Big Daddy Greg. With the years of educating myself, reading studies, watching quality youtube vids like Jeff Nip, MPMD, Greg, Etc... and watching individuals experiences of prepping for a competition. Having an open mind, I got the arsanal I needed to almost reach my genetic limit with my 15 years of training natural. Most I can do now is fine tune other areas of my body (which is actually pretty fun). The rest is main gain, train like an animal, and pray to the muscle gods for a potential 1-2 pounds of muscle contractile tissue a year.

This stuff takes time and like Greg would emphasize. General fitness education is important!! So many people are so into the advanced level stuff with supplements, nutrition, fitness, and wonder remedy's that they forget to build there foundation

Also, it seems like in the aspects of a Bodybuilder or an aspiring one. It doesn't matter how good your diet, rest, and training is . That's the easy stuff for them and most of us in advanced territory whos got it 85%+ down to a science for your own body(Even I'm still learning! I'm all ears). It's really will power, education, and small percentage of the time, genetics. Kudos to Greg whos done it many times, Oliver, and the million of others striving to get that frame perfect physique ready for competition standards. Even more so if you are on your health game at the same time. Because, at the end of the day. You don't want to die the next day after winning a competition due to something you could have easily avoided, you know.

Eating 10 almonds would make me hungrier than not having them at all.

Do you have recommendations on what key staples to get initially when starting to eat an anabolic diet?

There’s no way I’m “Dry scooping” pre workout. Most of the water I drink is during workouts and cardio…

Great video, always learn something with these
Coach Greg should check out Camp Knut when the guys are done in like 2 weeks, I bet there will be some compilation videos of the whole 30 days

I’m a week out at 190 lbs and eating just over 2k on my low days. Greg is spot on that having less weight to drop for a show is paramount. Took me awhile to learn this myself but glad I finally did.
