Huge tip: For the shroom method. You can wear a holy necklace and bring the prayer book. Right click prayer book and recite it. Unlimited poison heals. Also just home tele after the 5th tree and heal up. use your dig site pendant on the wall to fossil Island rinse and repeat. No food needed and no anti posion needed. I only have 76 def, and 86 hit points. My xp stays around 80k xp an hour doing it this way. And no money wasted on food, brews, or anti poisons.

big note for 2 tick teaks:
you HAVE to click on the ground/drop item on the off tick unlike 2tick fishing!!! speaking of which, 2tick harpooning is even easier because of that if you're working on 99 fishing as well :D

isle of soul 2tick is great for anyone without requirements, just wear melee armour to deal with birds and you'll be good forever :D it seems like it was actually designed to be 2tick'd from jagex as they block the square behind it you can click on and not move so you can not worry about picking up items :)

Mining at mlm is my afk activity of choice, but woodcutting is a pretty nice afk activity too.

1.5t is accomplished by herb tarring on the same tick you move and then click the tree on the second tick. Running to a tree (or ore) creates a stall, but you doing herb tar already puts you in a 3t cycle. Which causes you to get a double roll as you arrive. Hopefully that made some sense.

Tick 1: start cycle + move
Tick 2: (drop logs) click tree
Tick 3: Wait for log to show but pre-click one of the 3t items already (you can also click tree again here if you failed to do so during tick 2, but then you'll only get a single roll)

Idk if this is helpful but I just noticed if you stand next to the pond in the wc guild and get a duck on u with out killing it u can spam the willows for faster Xp.
