Can the police enter my house without a warrant?

The police cannot enter your house without a warrant unless you agree to it. So, in other words, if the police come to your house and they ask to come inside because they want to check on something or see something, you have the power to allow them to enter: that’s called a consent search. If you do not consent, then they have to have a warrant in order to enter. There are some exceptions to that: where someone’s life is in danger or the house may be on fire or something like that. But in almost all instances, they have to have a warrant unless you agree.

The city of Warrior and the city of Hancevile Located in Alabama Came well outside of their jurisdiction and kicked my door in with assault rifles no search warrant and I can’t find anyone to help hold them responsible

If they come to your house and they have a warrant for someone's arrest that lives in that residence are they allowed to come in and search for that person. My guess would be no unless you gave them permission to come in and look for that person. Now that is US Marshals I don't know what their jurisdiction is??

If police get called to your house during a domestic disturbance then they can enter your house without a warrant and search the house as well with out a search warrant

The answer to that question is yes they can come into your house without a warrant because state and federal law states that police officers and all law enforcement officers such as police officers FBI agents state troopers and swat units don't need a warrant to enter your house and this law is in effect in a few states and the senator of congress passed this law a very long time ago so as long as this law is in effect police officers can legally come into your house without a warrant and there is nothing you can do about it so people should quit complaining about it and stop wasting their money on lawyers and quit resisting police officers because if the police need to come into your house and you say to them you need a warrant to come into my house and you lock them out of your house your gonna get charged with resisting a police officer so quit your complaining and do the time if you broke the law already and let the cops come into your house and take your ass to jail because cops can come into your house without a warrant because it's the law in some states
