I have one of these boxes which i bought on 28/06/2014, i have done a couple of factory resets since then when it plays up a little on some channels. Done one this week and ever since on the install pages the two gauges for SIGNAL & QUALITY remain empty and saying no signal but under them i have a green tick with text saying box is receiving signal from dish, if i then swap to non freesat channels it gives SIGNEL & QUALITY boxes nearly 100% and finds and loads 691 TV channels & 51 Radio channels
