Got the flu shot yesterday and I’m sick today. Weak, sore throat, coughing and runny nose.

I got my Covid-19 shot and flu shot at the same time this past Friday and here I am on day 3 still feeling side effects: sinus congestion, chest congestion, sore throat, and aches in my body.

Fever, shortness of breath and cough, typically it's not related to the flue vaccine. Here I just saved you 2 minutes! 😜

Got my flu shot today and I feel sick hours later. It’s not even effective for the whole flu season. Poisoning my body for nothing. Every year I get sick when I take the shot. I took it later this year (today) and felt great the months prior usually I’m sick the years I take it and now I’m feeling bad today after getting it. Wish my job didn’t force it.

Use to get the flu shot yearly and I use to be sick in bed at least 6 weeks a year with bad fevers. I stopped getting all shots about 5 years ago and now I never get sick like that anymore, haven't had a fever in years...

Because it takes about two weeks after a vaccine for the body to make antibodies to protect against the flu, having cold symptoms right away could mean that a person was exposed to a virus just before or soon after getting the vaccine. People who have been vaccinated can also get sick if they have been exposed to a flu strain that was not included in the vaccine. The most common side effects are runny nose or congestion, sore throat, cough, headache, and tiredness low grade fever (101F)

I had a headache, muscle aches, low-grade fever and fatigue for about 4 days after the shot. I usually get the flu shot every year, but this is the first time it's been this bad. Also, the Nurse messed it up because I ended up with bleeding and a huge bruise at the site. Normally I get it at my doctors, but everyone seems to be running out so I had to get it at CVS. I don't trust these clinics anymore, they're being overwhelmed with COVID tests and other stuff.

It didn’t feel like a flu shot. It felt like I got pumped with a massive dose of oversized poison ivy. It’s the only way I can describe it…I had big bumps popping out on my one hand that the dr had never seen before, which itched massively, until I decided to itch them until they oozed like Mt. Rush Moore. I was the queen of bad skin with ugly, itchy rashes I wanted to claw at, and I was also battling an infection that would light a matchstick if it struck me, and on top of that, I felt like ripping my arm off and calling it the day. Was told that wasn’t going to happen again, and I didn’t argue. That was a freaking nightmare!
