I'm a fan of Air Asia, but I've noticed they've seriously "dropped the ball" on refunds to customers whose flights were cancelled earlier this year. That doesn't bode well! All one has to do is Follow Air Asia on Twitter and angry people make up the majority of their Tweet responses.
