While Lloyd Austin is an absolute master at ducking and diverting questions, one only needs to Google 'The Hague Invasion Act' to understand the complete disregard that the USA has for international law. This is why the USA is not concerned about being found complicit, and why Netanyahu feels comfortable that they have his back.

The US does not officially recognize the ICC, so Netanyahu will not be arrested. The problem, for consistency, is that Putin's arrest should not be allowed either. I wonder if Biden thought about it when he first praised the ICC and then ranted against it.
