dude. I put a hole in my gas tank before when I use to lowrider. they sell a kit that patch repair it super cheap at the auto parts store. when I did the repair it was at the bottom of the tank and it held. yours is at the top. you will be mint. peace

Ive used JB Quick Weld + Sheet Metal before to cover up holes. Worked damn good with prep and filler after. For those who cant weld.

A tip for the lens problem, invest in some cheap UV filters. That way the filter takes the hits instead of the lens. They aren't expensive, and that way instead of replacing lenses, you can save that money for tires!!

Instead of Drilling out spot welds look up a Mini air belt sander, Much easier and doesn't leave a hole like drilling spot welds out does. And its an air tool relatively cheap! Keep up the videos man!

it's real easy to solder something over that hole in the gas tank.    I've done lots of them over the years.

Drain tank and remove pump. Clean and degrease the area around the hole. Scuff and an put a small amount of JB around the hole, then lay a thin piece of abs scrap down over. Coat the seams... let dry. Once cured, fill the tank with water and let sit...check for leaks or weeping from seems. Save your cash for more important shit.

run a bolt with some jb weld on it down in that hole in the tank haha it might hold up pretty well just until you find another tank
