I never understood how music could save someone before i found ballyhoo 14 years ago at 13 years old. All through highschool ballyhoo spoke the words i couldnt get out. Ballyhoo was and still is my voice. Eternally grateful for this awesome band

Yes many of his songs run along this theme. I can tell his feelings are quite profound. Losing someone you love that much can affect a person forever. I can certainly relate.

This is my favorite song and have listened to it since it was released and never actually felt the song until I lost my dad and withdrew from the world. So thank you and I will listen to you guys till the day I die

I absolutely love the metaphors and oxymorons in this...I too lost my mother way too early in life so this song really hits home in numerous ways...my new anthem...just leave me alone, don't leave me by myself
