This could have been on MTV’s Alternative Nation in 1993. Love this!

I love how they managed to make it look like the 90's.

When you got older (I'm 43) it's harder to really really get into a band as when you were a teenager, that happened to me with Fleshwater, it's been a long time since I became a FAN for any band, these guys brought back that old feeling, amazing band and amazing album, I can't stop listening to it.

I hear Hum, Failure, Deftones, Dinosaur Jr., Smashing Pumpkins, Slowdive, even bits of Foo Fighters. Awesome sound, can't wait for this release!

Been following Fleshwater since their demo in 2020. Beyond ecstatic for this new album. Every song they put out is incredible.

Another one of those songs I cannot get out of my head. I just randomly hear "Six feet dig it up, blame it on yourself again"

Fleshwater is so damn great, riff almost sounds like the Smashing Pumpkins Everlasting Gaze. Vein gets more attention but Fleshwater needs to be a full ass project

Been listening to these guys since I first saw them at a house show in '95. This song brings back great memories.

I remember when folks would rag on bands like superheaven (daylight) for their 90's grunge revival 10 years ago, and now here we are leaning HARD into the aesthetic.
This sounds awesome, looks great, and really captures the moment we're in, longing for something before, while being fully aware of the emotions and appearance it was.

The whole album is fucking glorious, but what happens in this song after 1:55 is something i'd like to tattoo in my soul if i could.

I can’t describe what this album does to me. It’s like feeling serious love hormones for memories I’ve never experienced. I adore this album so much.

I'm 48 and my 16 year daughter got me listening to this band and I hope she finds this comment later. Definitely enjoying it!

I remember fall of '94, when I came upon this music video by pure happenstance. Pete and Pete had just ended on Nickelodeon, so I flipped back to MTV briefly, and there it was, right after a trailer for Clerks. The hook wriggled its way into my brain for the rest of the day, until I finally decided to put on my flannel shirt and run to the record store (it's a dentist's office these days). I remember I was way more excited than I should have been, and accidentally knocked over a bag of leaves that I'd raked in the yard earlier in the day on my way to my mom's station wagon that she'd been letting me drive until I could afford my own car. The air had a crispness to it that I don't think I've felt in a long time, and I could smell it while standing on the moist pavement of the store parking lot. After I picked up the album, I wound up driving upstate for a solid two hours listening to the whole thing, with nowhere to be and no one to text.
