If you are stuck on 2:48 click on each chop and press a to change the view so you can map the noise values. Hope it saves someone 3 hours of fiddling about

Brilliant! 🥳Thorough outline, from empty network to a complete and working component saved in My Components 👏and at a pace that made it easy to follow along.
Hope you can do a video on the Mandelbrot Operator

dude, this tutorial is awesome. today is my first day working in TouchDesigner and you blew my mind wide open (this is my first tutorial, ever). Thank you for keeping everything straight forward, and interesting. I have watched dozens of Blender "tutorials" that literally throw a brick wall that prevents me from achieving anything substantial, so it's really refreshing to find a video/instructor that teaches me step by step rather than assuming I already know how to do everything. this is going to make a huge splash for my live sets and music videos! :D

I never thought the same voice that's used for reddit stories over slime videos and family guy clips would be teaching anything so well

Awesome blossom. Great job breaking it down, you are a very good instructor. Everything coming together at the end was an amazing feeling after not knowing what the hell I was doing in the first half <3

This was EPIC! 21min video that I did in almost 2h but I've learned so much about TouchDesigner. Can't wait to try the Audio Reactive that you made another tutorial on it.
For sure I'll be following closely your channel from now

Amazing tutorial! Thank you! To echo some of the other comments, it would be great to get the parameters listed somewhere because the video goes a bit fast (understandably). It would help to figure out why we might not be getting the same results. Regardless though, this was an incredible and useful tutorial!

Man, keep going! You’re doing such great TD tutorials! Thanks!

Great tutorial! It’d be awesome if you could explain some stuff a bit slower—not just to copy your ideas, but to really get how TouchDesigner operators work. Also after 24 minutes of the background music, I got quite irritated. Maybe try something less intense and more chill for tutorials. Except of that - well done!

5:07 spent a REALLY long time trying to find what I missed to make it move only to give up and keep watching and see you animate it after it already starts moving. apart from that I really liked the tutorial but this caused me a lot of frustration ;-;

That was so helpful especially the second part about creating and mapping the [Base] controller. Makes me appreciate the oar-someness of TD. Thanks from NZ!
PS Interested to know why you like Portrait format? Is it for people watching content on cell phones or something else?

Hi, how did you change the Chanels at 2:49 they first had a border and then at once did not have a border any more. I don't know how to change it, and now can not connect the harmonics and h_gain to the noise. please, I'm stuck :(

Same, love the tutorial but in some parts would be cool to be more slow pace

What I don't understand at 13:25: The default is set to 0.3 but you set the range min to 0.5, why?

I am loving this tutorial so far!!!! However, at the beginning, I'm following all the steps but my visual isn't as neon, it's more dull, do you know why that might be? I rewinded and made sure every step was ok, and so far I think everything is the same ://

can you do some tutorials where this custom component is not necessary for the rest? I'm feeling a little overwhelmed by the speed and also by having to complete 2 tutorials before trying out one that I'm looking for :/

you didnt connect the Translate and the Color Mode parameters so where do they go? and there are some weird cuts in the middle of the AI narration towards the end of the video?
