Protein-Packed Salad Bowl (33g Protein)

Ingredients:
- Ghee - ½ tsp
- Dahi (yogurt) - 75g
- Low-fat paneer - 100g
- Boiled chole (chickpeas) - 100g
- Bell pepper - ½, diced
- Cucumber - ½, diced
- Tomato - 1, diced
- Onion - 1, diced

Steps:
1. In a pan, add ghee and toss in the boiled chole. Add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, and methi, and cook until well coated.
2. In a large bowl, add diced onion, tomato, cucumber, and bell pepper. Place the cooked chole in the center.
3. For the dressing, blend paneer, dahi, salt, red chilli powder, red chilli sauce, black pepper, and a little water until smooth.
4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad bowl, mix, and enjoy.

- Calories: 440 kcal
- Protein: 33g
- Carbs: 47g
- Fat: 15g

Instead of water i use low fat milk…it takes it next level… 😁
Also if ur macros allow…add a cheese cube in the dressing while blending…u can use it for chicken wraps as well😊

If you want to lower calories and can afford to compromise on the taste a bit, skip the oil and sauces. Just boiled chhole and masalas. You can further boost protein by adding high protein dahi. Then its easy 45 gm protein meal

Hey Kaushal...Instead of Ghee, can we add one table spoon of oil?... since usually in my area, we generally don't cook much on ghee. How much will the nutritional value change if I opt for this...

Bro ek question tha mainne badi mushkil se apna 8kgs weight kam kiya and abhi october se running and exercise nahi ho paa rahi properly aur winters mein to bilkul bhi nahi ho payegi jaise summers mein hoti hai… and i have started to gain weight dieting to waise hi kar raha hu par phir bhi wo results nahi aa paa rahe.

🙋🙋⚠️Bhai when we eat boiled chole, black chana, mug etc so does boiling them in pressure cooker reduces its protein, I am a student living alone, so trying best to follow protein rich diet, cooker is only option i have and also less time.
