How to run the DStv installation wizard on an HD decoder (Single LNB)

This video demonstrates how to run the DStv installation wizard on an HD decoder (4s, 4u, 5s, 6s) when using a Single LNB.

After resetting your decoder, your decoder may show the installation wizard for configuration.

If you are installing your HD decoder for the first it also shows the installation wizard.

If you are still getting an error message after following this guide then you may be having a fault in your installation.

The LNB type is says UnicableTM/ SatCR and another option is SMATV. And underneath option say " Reset to defaults. That's step 4.

I bought an HD decorder without satellite dish. I connect it to the satellite dish that was already installed, l managed to do the installation wizard step 1, 2, 3 then I stuck on step 4 of 5, may yu advice me on how to do it

I have got two decoders. Both were working perfectly fine until loadshedding, now only one works which is in the bedroom and the one in the living room stopped. I have did everything shown in this video but I am still not getting blue lines, i have checked the LNB cables, made sure everything was perfectly in place but I still got no blue bars. I even switched the decoders but it still does the same thing it did in the living room.
How do I fix this? please help

My DSTV single view decoder suddenly ha generated fault.... All The Dstv channels are blank including Channels 409 and 100. Earlier, as i tried rebooting, an installation setup appeared, then i clicked Ok to launch (unaware of what it means). I'm based in Nigeria, and i chose the satellite (Irdeto Lab W) under a the LNB Type UnicableTM/SatCR using a Decoder 3 Setup Type. These Were random options I picked. Afterwards, i pressed Quick Setup, then after it scanned, then almost all d Dstv channels disappeared, leaving only a handful of less than 8 dstv channels. Pls how do i resolve this problem in my Nigeria location
