Having represented Team GB at Rio as a long jumper, she wants to be the first person to be a top athlete and mainstream singer at the same time. I don't know if it's been mentioned already but Jazmin's friend - who is supporting her here - is Dina Asher Smith the UK's greatest female sprinter and current world 200m champion.

On 5 March 2023, Jazmin Sawyers captained Great Britain at the European Indoor Championships held in Istanbul. She qualified for the final with her first jump, and went on to *jump **_7.00 m to win GOLD_**, setting an indoor national record and outright best in the process.* 👏👏
