Coming from community college we have ours at 20 dollars for fall and spring and it’s 3-7 dollars for winter and summer.

It def is out of control. It was $150 for a whole year when I went there about 10 years ago. WTH! I knew something was evil when I went on campus to just park briefly to do something on campus for 10 minutes and the price was not $5, but $15. WHAT IN THE HELL!?

When I was in Csulb years ago, a professor of mine at the time told the class that the school had “missing”millions of dollars and that the school was in need of an audit. Don’t know what happened after that…but this is sketchy

Well, made bit. Government contract bids are typically 3x - 10x the market rate. I know. I bid for CSULB contracts. (Procurement and JOC projects). CSULB is horrible at paying vendors on time. So, all the good vendors left. I was required to hire union labor and pay prevailing wages and float all expense for 120 days. A conservative reserve study is required and based on this study one can forecast future expenses. Chad Keller earned $104, 808.58 base salary and benefits (transparent California) in 2020. Wasn’t the campus 100% virtual? Way to go Chad!!!! You can notice a tick and twitch in Chad’s response that is common is people who lie. His eyes are grabbing to the top left. The solution is to cut expenses. For example, take a furlough for the 2 years CSULB was virtual. Chad Keller is the PR liaison. Imagine how much the next pay grade? And the next?? And the next?? 2023 Jane costs about $500, 000 a year. 💴 💵
