I'm impressed that you're having that much success on bosses by bashing them right in front of them. My main strategy was to do a figure-8 pattern of air attacks, so I kept diving in from an angle and jumping away from counters. At least, it definitely works in the NES port.

Favorite turtle is Michelangelo from the Mirage comic era. Specifically for his use of the manriki gusari, as well as him getting the most kills up until he was nerfed after the 6th issue. He was just too OP.

Little known fact: The guy that did the theme song for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was the same guy that created the TV show The Big Bang Theory, Chuck Lorre.

This cabinet has a few cheat codes. Just like holding Leonardo's start button to select games, holding the other turtle's start button does stuff too.

Holding Mikey's button restarts the game but not to the game select menu. Donatello's restarts the level you're on. And Raph's will skip the level. These work on both games.
