I love this❤! My wife learned to make Challah a few years ago, and we were doing Shabat every Friday evening for a while, but you know the business of life... This past week we have been fasting and praying and Yesterday, my wife said, I want to make Challah bread and celebrate Shabat to break out fast. She literally made comments last night while kneading dough about her heart felt lightened while doing it. Idk how or why your video pipped into my feed, it immediately made me cry😭We will be celebrating Shabat tonight w/you and praying for Israel in addition to all the civilians who are just trying to do life like the rest of us and are caught in the middle🙏

I love the comment “ when there is pain in your heart do something with your hands” When I feel like I need to get back to simplicity I find myself doing “grunt” work so I can slow down and enjoy life.
