Doom and loki are my two favorite "villains" because they don't even really want to be villains, doom just wants peace and equality by any means, and loki just doesn't want people, and entire timelines getting vaporized to the end of time because they supposedly shouldn't exist. Heck, that's basically asking for equality and peace too. They're not really evil they just have rather extreme ways of going about their goals.
