Deddy and family, I got a story for you guys about tripe. So I was in high school. I decided to have dinner for breakfast and thought I was going to enjoy some nice tripe and white rice to start off my school day. Good thing my daddy was running late for work that day because I started choking on the tripe being greedy and he was there to pull the tripe out of my throat with his big fingers. He saved my life. What's a Heinlich maneuver bruh. That didn't cross his mind none at all 🤣 THANK GOD FOR DADDY'S THO 🙏🏾 🙌🏾 They be out here cooking and saving lives 💚 🖤💛

Had some tripe in the freezer for another dish that I was going to try from YouTube, but I decided to try this one, because I had all of the ingredients in my kitchen instead. Tripe soup was a Saturday meal growing up in Trinidad, i ate everything in the soup but not the tripe, but what you made there looks like something I can taste
