I’m from Kazakhstan and I was 8 years old when I sawed the vhs tape with his highlights and I was like wow 😮 who is this guy? Unbelievable! I thought Vince is from another planet and I wanted to be like him. Then I started to play basketball, found section with my father in my little town. Started to train very hard then I played for my town until I was 16 and we always win gold or silver🥈
Now I’m 26, imma musician, but sometimes playing this wonderful game. I’m so happy to see it. How my childish hero still active player in his 42 in nba. This is amazing. So proud to be that rare and loyal fan from the beginning till this day.

My childhood idol. Liked Jordan but Carter was the reason I played ball. I followed his career since college. Man, the olympics. I woke up early just to see him play in the summer.He is the reason why I jumped higher than my friends till this day. Im 34 now. I got into a few fights with friends that liked Kobe or AI. I even recorded every ESPN highlight and had my own VHS tape. Poster, sneakers, Jerseys, magazines. I personally think he should have never left the Raptors. What a career. God bless this man.
