Please make a video on collective nouns.. some nouns are used plural form : eg.. family or families, .. company or companies, , herd or herds.. so why don't use plural form of this noun if we want our meaning is plural..

What is the difference between thing and substance? Could you make a lesson on compound noun, please? Something more on characteristics of such nouns. I mean how to form? When to hyphenate and when to not hyphenate. Can't I say just 'newly wed?' Is 'newly' an adjective here which is modifying the word/noun 'wed?' Sorry for asking a lot! Thanks so much.
