As an Anemo Lumine main, I run a mono-cryo team featuring Lumine as the damage carry, Shenhe, Chongyun, and Diona. The fact that Lumine's skill can absorb cryo and hit multiple times to use up all the Icy Quills from Shenhe's tap E is the single niche Lumine has over Kazuha, so I focused a team around that. Chongyun's E and Q used in succession hits 5 times. Diona's hold E hits 5 times. Everyone except Shenhe herself can use up all their quills within the 10 second CD window of tap E. Chongyun's burst is a 12 second CD, but I rarely need that 2 seconds during the chaos of combat. This team is not breaking any records for damage, but it's a very balanced team that can clear everything except floor 12 that utilizes anemo Lumine's strength (or tries to).

I already have her, since I pulled for her during her first banner. I _wanted_ to aim for her C2 the first time, but because Yae Miko - my most wanted Inazuma unit - was right after her, I simply got Shenhe and waited for Miko. I'm getting her C2 this time, and I'm not letting anything (or one) stand in the way. After that, I'm skipping the rest of the patches until Fontaine comes out.

I love her and there will be a more cryo friendlier time in the future for sure. If you have a cryo DPS (and you need every element DPS at some point), she is worth it.

i've always loved cyro as an element in this game. shenha was just what i needed when she was released. i mostly use cyro no matter what am doing in the game.

i think Cryo will have a comeback when fontaine releases, dunno probably full of freezable units since its hydro. So building up your cryo teams is probably worth it

Shenhe is my last infinity stone to complete my Ayaka freeze team plus I love her design and character so I will be pulling for her no matter what.

I've been waiting for a year for Shenhe, I am definitely splurging on this banner, it's heaven for a cryo main/lover like myself

Shenhe is such a unique and amazing character. Her design is top tire, her personality sets her apart from the other waifus, and her playstyle is fun and different.

That said, I'd only pull for her if you really want her or if you are looking for something to boost your cryo dps.

I use her in the open world as a cryo dps with Xingqui, Chongyun and Qiqi. Such a fun team to rotate through.

I love Cryo the most. Had her from the start. So, she buffs my Cryo DPS (Ayaka, for example). So they are super strong together.
I was in love with her design.
But I would not advise pulling her if the player hasn't a lot of primos and doesn't care about Cryo.
But fun is the most important part!

Meanwhile me a F2P who isn't interested in Ayaka or Ganyu... She is definitely a must pull for me, why? Because I love her lore and design and even if I don't like the others 2 characters there is more Cryo units coming in the future so definitely I'm going for Shenhe (and buff my Chongyun 😌💙)

i pulled her last year in january even though everyone said she was horrible and niche but she is insanely useful at c0 and really helps ayaka and ganyu. i also made some fun comps with chongyun and shenhe and i never regret getting her

The biggest misconceptions about Shenhe is that she needs Ayaka or Ganyu to be good. No. She needs Cyro DPS, not top tier. She works well with Rosaria, Kaeya and Chonyun too. Especially with Chonyun because they both decreases Cryo resistance with opening the gate for Mono Cyro team or Triple Cyro Freeze team without Anemo.

I like that Shenhe doesn’t fulfill a role that no one else can, but can fill a role in so many different teams. It gives flexibility for people who just want to use her because they like her design or kit.
