One do not need legal luminaries to confirm validity of CAA. This law/ act has been passed by majority of parliamentarians--- people's reps and President has accorded approval . Its govt in power to decide, what's best for people of the country, who have elected them to rule. Talking about Ahmedias in Pakistan as "minority", will Dr. Singvi and party he belongs, approve addition of Brahmins, a Hindu, as " minority", because their % of population and give applicable preference and benefits ?? Let these people 1st come to power, then, they can give citizenship to ISIS cadres too.
