The Uncharted Movie just hit Netflix so here's a fast review of the film. It's sadly one of the better video game adaptations which says very little about video game movies. Uncharted isn't a bad watch but it's pretty insulting to the characters from the games. Nathan Drake deserved better.

Tom Holland was a bad choice but he is still fun. Finally saw this and was disappointed.

Just finished Uncharted. As a mindless popcorn flick, I guess it was okay. As an Uncharted film, it was definitely disappointing.

As I’d feared, the casting for all the leads was off. Tom Holland looks (and acts) far too young and unsure of himself to play Drake. Unlike many online, I thought Wahlberg was a little better as Sully, but he was still far too young and non-mustachioed. Even Sophia Ali’s casting as Chloe seemed off as she also felt too young and inexperienced, and didn’t have her charm.

I love Tom but I think he was way to young to be drake and feel like he could have been great as drake if he was used in a flash back scenes like when drake was in prison in the 4th one and that’s still pushing it

It was terrible. Marky mark should be banned from video game movies after Max Payne.

No way 😮 the music was in our ears the whorl time it’s almost like it’s music god this guy has some really bad takes "sounds like SpiderMan" umm I’m not sure u ever watched a SpiderMan film

Just finished the movie 10 minutes ago. I have not played any of the games nor do I know nearly anything about them. It was a good stand alone film. It was enjoyable, solid 7/10

I haven't played the game nor do i know the story in depth, I'm familiar with the characters and i have seen many gameplays. Well the movie is not that bad for a person who doesn't know the game(like me) but i feel sorry for the game lovers. Solid action scenes, and some great shots at certain times also the music are bangers(i hope it's from the game)
