Stututu noise and choppy whistle?
Write in comment if you would happen to know what could be the issue. I suspect it is a diverter valve.
Found disconnected connector on diverter valve. So when diverter valve is not releasing air pressure to atmosphere it will cause the "stutututu" noise which basically slows down the compressor wheel. This might be nice mod for someone but it is also cause faster wear on turbocharger and can become annoying after a while. Better to get a Blow off Valve.
