I know this is an older video, but the message is still as strong. When my youngest son was in elementary school, my husband and I decided to sacrifice the monetary things so that I could be a stay at home mom. It was tough. One day my son came in and complained about why we couldn't have a big house with a swimming pool and a new car, etc. I just looked at him and said, we can, I'll just go to work, you'll have to go into daycare, I won't be home for you after school to fix you a snack and dinner will be late, and I definitely won't be able to take you to the park or play with you this summer because I will have to be at work. He said, no, I want you home, I don't want those other things. Kids, deep down want you and your love.
