This is an overreaction. Beat on EPS. Beat on Revenue. Raised guidance. 50B buy back. Stock down 4%. You know the options traders are getting destroyed this week but the buy back will commence next week.

Seems like it usually takes the market a while to digest Nvidia's results and in the meantime there is a bunch of click-bait urging investors to sell, saying "it's game-over man!" They said Nvidia was done at $440 (equals $44 after 10 for 1 stock split). Hope you weren't fooled by that prediction last year. Nvidia stock has gone up 150% since it was $440. I will remain watchful, but I don't see anything bad or wrong. Wall Street might just be having a hiccup.

I'm financially illittered but I find hilarious that Nvda is considered overvalued despite doubling its earnings from year to year while lots of other companies in the s&p never went even close to that and still have way higher P/E than Nvdia, trading at 90 times their earnings (or even more).

judging by the options amount - Puts at 117 and 115 - the support level must be somewhere there.

Options trading runs the market... for every stock. Most options were to the up side (call options), but market makers (the BIG money) don't want to pay out on those options. Market makers control the price action to wash out options traders by making their "bets" expire before reaching their target price. Zero day and weekly options have gone up in activity by huge amounts (most are individual retail traders). Basically, zero day and weekly traders placed their bets, and market makers controlled the stock price to make those bets expire worthless. If you don't understand options trading (especially zero day and weekly) you need to. Nvidia at earnings was stupidly over traded by the "dumb" money.

With better products in the pipeline and a massive scope for GPU usage I don't think this is bubble, people will buy the dip as they know the potential.

Too much unknown for me to invest in Nvidia at this valuation. They have basically one product, in a business that IMO will very likely be cyclical.
