because as les brown said, we becomes what we listened to. if we keep listening to positive things, uplifting words. our life will changes.

i also followed les brown advices to stop listening to news and all especially when covid was a thing. i just follow the sop and take care of myself. i dont have to know how many cases today, how many people died. it has nothing to do with me but if i keep listened to that kind of news, ill be anxious, scared and paranoid just like some people.
