I've stood eye-to-eye with a shoebill on the beach. It was such a surreal experience for me, as I didn't even know that birds the size of a human even existed. Even his stance, eye gaze, & mannerisms were just like humans. It was totally freaky. He looked at me like, "Hey, what's up? How's it goin'?" And then we stood side-by-side, looking at the ocean & watching the waves together. The locals acted like it was a normal event, so I just accepted it.

Missing larger birds that are alive: Rhea birds (multiple species), Albatross (longest wingspan), Dalmatian pelican, Kori Bustard, Andean Condor (largest bird of pray) and Californian condor, Great Bustard, Eurasian Black Vulture, Secretarybird (tallest bird of prey), Giant Canada Goose.

Bird included but missing other large kinds of them (not all): Eagles: example the Harpy, Philiine and Steller’s Sea Eagle, ostriches, cassowaries, Swans: example the Trumpeter Swan (largest waterfoul), Penguins: example Emperor and King penguin, Vultures.

Your information is incorrect regarding Emu's. They are not 'extinct' or is there a 'concern' regarding their existence. In fact, they're flourishing with a native population of over 700, 000 Emu's in Australia. Plus, add to that Emu's that can be found in zoos and Emu farms - you should edit your content.
