It didn't hurt KG or Lebron or Kobe, but I do agree with Chuck.

I totally agree with Chuck, I mean clearly he’s not saying from a talent perspective but from a mature perspective and an understanding of the game.

Totally agree. I'd rather watch reruns of old games than the current NBA.

It’s about the money not the game anymore.

He's 100% right. Today's players don't have the basic fundamentals. That's why Euro players are taking over.... for the idiots that say Chuck never won a ring and shouldn't talk. That response goes to show he's telling the truth. Otherwise, it wouldn't ruffle your feathers. He's a first ballet hall of famer. He's also one of the few on TV that keeps it real. He has more credibility than anyone on these comments.

Blame nba scouts because they say if you're 22 yrs old your old to get drafted

Bronny is nowhere near ready for the NBA

Morally, I agree with Chuck, but let's be honest, an athlete's life span is short if things are ok, or it can be over before it starts (a major injury in a college game). Given the choice, I would go pro as soon as possible and chase that money myself.

1 thing that comes to mine

The COLLEGE EXPERIENCE

these young kids gotta look at it from that perspective.

College was fun man, doing dumb shit.

Studying

All of that shit was an experice and id never take back.

These younger guys wanna grow up so fast

Promise yall,

The grass isnt always greener on the other side

Blame the Scouts and General Managers, Imagine being Poor and staying in School for Three Years without NIL Money. There is a stigma when you are 22 Years old is a bad thing.

He’s right I haven’t even watched NBA for 10 years.

Majority of players need time to develop physical and expand their skill set, so extra year or 2 in school is usually best

Why would anybody in their right mind turn down a multimillion dollar contract to stay in school for 3 more years?

You can always return to school if the nba doesn’t work out but once you lose your opportunity for the nba it’s gone

Education will always be there. You can get your degree at age 50. You’re never going to get time back to play elite basketball.

Older games are WAY more entertaining to watch than today's crap. I recently went through a bunch of Bill Walton's games with his passing.

Changing of time. Back then if u leave school early, the nba rookie contracts were low. Now u got rookies riding the bench and making millions. It’s a no brainer

some people blindly refute chuck’s point by citing lebron and kobe’s careers as evidence against it. what those people don’t understand is that if lebron and kobe had spent 3 years in college they would probably be the two greatest professional players ever….

He’s absolutely right well they leave school and get hurt in the first year. You think anybody’s gonna look up no person size like they were nothing.

I agree about from an educational standpoint, but if someone decides basketball is what they want to do for the rest of their lives than the faster you get into it the better you’ll be
