00:00 007 Favorite James Bond Looks Introduction

Since 1962, with the debut of Dr. No in cinemas, James Bond has gained the reputation of being one of the most stylish spies to ever grace the silver screen, and today, we’ll share our favorite looks from the iconic and dapper 007.

Simply saying his name evokes the image of a suave tuxedo and a smoking gun. Indeed, donning this signature outfit is a rite of passage for any actor who gets to portray the British secret agent. Just like us, Bond gets to enjoy his fair share of Black Tie outfits.

Of course, throughout the many decades of the James Bond franchise, the character and the actors who portray him have been subject to the changes in fashion.

Our Favorite James Bond Looks
01:46 Sand Corduroy Suit - No Time To Die
03:39 Rugged Country Wear - Skyfall
06:23 Dark Brown Suit - Quantum Of Solace
08:12 Cuban Casual Look - Die Another Day
10:22 Charcoal Gray Suit - Tomorrow Never Dies
12:11 Nautical Blazer Ensemble - GoldenEye
14:11 Navy Suit & Paletot Coat - Live And Let Die
15:52 Three-Piece Glen Check Suit - Goldfinger

"There are dinner jackets and dinner jackets. This is the latter! And I need you looking like a man who belongs at that table."

the brosnan ensembles are absolute dressing perfection, no element is random or missplaced. Every color, texture and fabric has a reason to be there, Lindy Hemming was truly genius here.

The fencing gear is actually rather elegant as far as fencing gear goes. Apparently it was custom made by a London gearmaker for the movie. My fencing jacket has a button closure with a red/white split, I'm actually quite fond of it.

My Top 5
1. Tux, all the Bond's do the Tux justice, but my favourite is the White dinner jacket worn by Connery.
2. Skyfall Scotland attire, especially the Barbour Wax Jacket, Scarf and Crockett & Jones boots
3. GoldenEye, The casual attire while racing the Ferrari in his DB5, Chinos, Blue N.Peal cablenit jumper, Blue Turnbull&Asser shirt with the Cravat just about peeking through.
4. Skyfall, Shanghai attire, the PeaCoat in particular, but I'd easily wear the entire outfit.
5. GoldFinger, Golf attire, The Dark Red Slazenger V-Neck Jumper with off white shirt, Brown Golf Kilties shoes don't think the hat would suit me though, suites Sean Connery well and thats what counts.

I would be very interested in seeing the bond outfits you DIDN’T like, and the reasons why it didn’t work, so that I can avoid such mistakes myself

Dalton needs more love, his Tangier outfit with tan blouson, trousers, black shirt, and brown loafers is my favourite outift

Glad to see a couple of Sean Connery outfits in there, surely the finest dressed Bond

The winner should clearly be Lazenby’s highland dress that he wore to Blofelds fortress.

The blue Tux from Spectre is a favorite of mine, but Sean definitely dressed incredibly

In the first movie Dr. No, Sean Connery briefly wears this one classic yet beautiful outfit. It's quite simply a navy sport coat, white shirt and navy tie, with charcoal pants and black shoes. He's in Jamaica but the outfit actually looks like wool, and he just wears it so well, of course.

Sean Connery - Goldfinger - Anthony Sinclair Grey Three-piece-Suit
Pierce Brosnan - Goldeneye - Brioni Augusto Suit and Adige Overcoat

Connery and Brosnan are the best and most classically dressed. Craig’s style follows too closely current trends (tight suits, low rise, fussy collar types, etc).

One thing I like about Bond's style is that he sometimes likes to bend the rules time to time

I think the reason Connery and Craig look amazing is because of their charisma. They broke a few rules but they have the Charisma to pull it off. Daniel Craig can probably redefine the black tie or even white tie outfit with his confidence

This was BY FAR the best Kyle video on the channel. No mention of urban streetwear, no trying to convince others that jeans, T-Shirts, and sneakers are "classic" menswear. Just good honest information about the classic menswear styles of one of the screens top iconic characters. Well done Kyle. (And Sean Connery is my favorite Bond).

I think Timothy Dalton really pulled off both leather jacket and aviators 1980s style and classical James Bond suits of Sean Connery era. His Bond was interesting take and change in direction for the character, sadly, lasting only for 2 movies. I think Timothy Dalton on general is very well dressed gentleman.

Daniel Craig's pink velvet jacket on the premier of the new Bond movie was awesome.

Live and Let Die : Moore's coat and suit were made by his tailor, Douglas Hayward in London. He wore the coat for the opening of the new Bond stage in Pinewood ( you can find footage of it online )
