It’s the opposite for me I live in uk and have been to Cyprus and I can tell
you that most of the uk don’t have a huge problem with homelessness it’s mainly London. When I went to Cyprus I enjoyed it we went around varosha in famagusta and the historic sites were really interesting

Ten percent of the Cypriot people are like gold and are beautiful people . The other 90 percent are not polite . I was born in England but my parents are Greek Cypriot . When I was 4 years old, my family moved to Australia . Back in 1992, me and my husband visited Cyprus . Most of our relatives didn’t care to know us except for the very old people . Our aunties and uncles however, were not friendly or polite . Our cousins didn’t want to socialise with us because they didn’t know us . They were arguing about land and money and they wanted my in-laws land plus they didn’t like us because we were not born in Cyprus . They called us stupid Aussies and told us Australia is rubbish compared to Cyprus . One thing I did find was that they were nice to the tourists . They would treat you nicely because you are German and you have no blood ties . It is a shame you didn’t see their true colours !

I have been told at nighttime in Cyprus there are some homeless and a few sometimes at Paphos harbour . I know alot of people who would have been homeless if they didnt move back home and struggling with rent and living so much due to low wages

I lived in Cyprus there soo racist. Don’t get me wrong there’s good n bad people everywhere but there it was obvious. They hated the Turkish Cypriot community who mainly lives in the north but are a minority in Cyprus. The island itself is beautiful.

No homeless in Cyprus since you will see everyone at the locked ‘detention’ centres ( we all know the names) just outside of Nicosia. They are literally living there and/or get back deported as soon as the Cyprus government finds a good reason. Personally, I think it is good and I am really happy that Cyprus has a low crime rate as well( in comparison with UK).
