Chilly Night Ahead, Warming up this Week

Clouds continue to stream into the region, but the overall weather pattern remains quiet. We will slowly become more unsettled as we move toward the weekend.
Mid and high-level clouds will continue to move across our skies this evening. Overall, it is looking lie a great evening for Mardi Gras parading on the Gulf Coast. With a light southeast wind, temperatures won’t be as cool overnight. Lows are expected to bottom out in the middle and upper 50s. Areas of patchy fog will remain possible for Friday morning.
