It isn't a lot of money today, living in finland the cheapest 1 room flat you can get is for 100k, and due to how we get taxed and how everything is rigged, you gotta have a house. Here a mortgage is the best investment, otherwise you'll be paying more for rent, than paying the mortgage.

It is a lot pocket money yes, like lets say your 5% baller account has 100k, that is a lot of money. But for a business, people husting being businesses, that is small turnover, it is money but not "large". You can work with 100k, but itself nah.
