i love watching you do this time blocking planning! my schedule changes so often (things come up, get canceled, friends change plans, etc) and for my own work, my adhd kind of prevents me from planning things in advance because i don't know if i'll be in the mood to do whatever i planned to do...i really wish i could do something like this but most of my weekly ends up being memory-keeping instead of future planning haha

This was so interesting to watch -- thank you. 🧡 As someone with an energy-limiting condition, it is so hard to plan ahead like you do here; I can never accurately guess how much energy I'll have at any one time because it changes so wildly! So I'm doing a combination of micro-pre-planning and backfilling in my Cousin atm, but it's not massively productive and I still struggle to get some tasks done. Your video is inspiring though, so something to aim for, perhaps. I hope you have a great week!

I can't get over how you can just draw a straight line, even on grid paper with a ruler I mess it up. LOL Love the minimalist planning much less anxiety filling (for me anyway)
