Alan had the voice from heaven...especially if you heard him live! This collection is strongly
Italian oriented.
But he had a Wide range
of subject material. As you can hear he had operatic
vocal range and, when needed Power. Although
ofyen seen as a "crooner era" (1946 to 1955) star his populatity in performance venues extended well into the 1970's and with record collectors, here and in Europe, to his demise from a simple infection in 2002.
He was also deeply involved as a newspaper columnist and numerous patriotic societies and efforts.
