A truly great singer, who to me always sounded as good, if not better, singing live than he did on record. And to think that, as he said on the Carson show one evening, that he took cocaine every day for 20 years straight. Just brilliant that he managed to beat that addiction. Singer, song-writer, musician - a great talent. RIP Waylon.
