ABC 10News spoke with California Gov. Gavin Newsom Thursday regarding the recall election against him, the rise in COVID-19 cases around the state, and the possibility of more public health efforts to curb the virus' spread and increase vaccinations.

(I’m 2012 when he was mayor of San Francisco): Newsom's 3-year-old administration is in crisis. Last week, the 39-year-old mayor admitted to having an affair 1 1/2 years ago with his appointments secretary, Ruby Rippey-Tourk, the wife of Alex Tourk, who at the time was the mayor's deputy chief of staff and moved on to manage Newsom's re-election campaign. Tourk resigned from the campaign last week after confronting the mayor about the affair.

Rumors about Newsom's drinking have long swirled around his administration. They reached a head in December after the mayor appeared to have been drinking when he arrived at San Francisco General Hospital to pay his respects for a police officer who had been killed in the line of duty.

While it wasn't "safe" for your kids to attend school, Newsom's were enjoying their private school as normal. While it wasn't "safe" for any of us to see our friends or family in their homes, Newsom was out enjoying fancy dinner parties with his friends. While other Governors have been busy keeping up with science, Newsom was looking for any action he could take to appear more as a "leader" to set up his presidential run. This guy's family has been in power going back near 100 years and working with the previous governor's family all along. Time to end their grip on California

It is astounding how easily he lies!!!! He is in the pocket of big interests in Cali. Our public schools stayed closed longer than any other state--because one of his biggest doners is the teacher's union. And his own children did not miss attending school, as they all went to private school. This is just one example of what this lose is up to.

Oh California... SMH... Property taxes are high. Sales tax is high. Gas prices are high. Rents are high. Unemployment is high. The homeless problem is sky-high. Crime is high. Corruption is ridiculously high. Standard of living has gone low. Everything liberals touches turns into hell.
