Idk what it is about it, but I've always hated the Tre flip in PJs line. Still, seeing this again after all these years. With all the great skateboarders from New England, for a few years this guy was Boston skateboarding. Also, I was trying to think what skater reminded of him, and I finally figured it out. He was Mike Mo before Mike Mo. Not handrail guys but for sure the best flat ground of their respective times. Mike was probably a little bit better due to skateboarding just evolving like it has. Hell up until his accident Mo was still the best. Practically unbeatable at SKATE. The kings of SKATE in my opinion started with Koston, PJ, then maybe Cole for a minute? Then you had Mike Mo who may have been the most dominant, then for a year or two it was Sewa, who was for sure the most righteous. Calling a redo ON HIMSELF during the BATB Finals against Morgan Smith. If I remember correctly he was ahead and would have won otherwise but ended up losing because of it. Probably the most badass thing anyone in any sort of contest has done in the history of skating. Then you kinda got into an era without a perennial winner. You got Joslin, Oliveira and a few others always in the mix but I don't think any are nearly impossible to beat like Mo was. You knew that no matter how good his opponent was Mike had those corny games-of-SKATE only tricks he could pull out if shit got close.
