Are there any EASY Jimi Hendrix licks?

If you grew up listening to classic rock and similar guitar-based music like I did, at one point in your life you probably wanted to sound like Jimi Hendrix -- or even just be able to imitate his style, at best.

Turns out, there is a particular technique that Hendrix used very often that we can use to add a little "Jimi" to our own style of guitar playing -- and it's not difficult. As long as you know your basic minor pentatonic shape and you know how to play a hammer on... you can do this technique too!

Guitar instructor from Vancouver, Blue Morris, breaks down the technique in three simple steps and guitar tabs are provided from the website.

So if you like playing classic rock guitar and blues guitar solos and rhythm playing, this video will help you add that incredible melodic sound that Hendrix was so good at.

You keep simplifying content and make these concepts immediately understandable. It gives a ton of confidence in continuing to play guitar. Keep the videos coming.

Just ordered your soloing book. I really appreciate the way you teach. I’m a 46 year old who just picked up the guitar again after 20 years. I never really learned the correct way to play guitar(at 15 all I wanted to do was play rhythm guitar like James Hetfield 😂) so I never learned to solo. You help make it fun to learn without making it overly complicated. Thanks for starting this channel and I wish you continued success.

The fretboard has so much to play, that is why players like Jeff Beck, Hendrix broke rules to make good 🎸🎶🎵

This is just the EXACT amount of Hendrix riffage to chew on. A lot of the Hendrix lessons I’ve encountered just speed you through this process and overwhelm you with all the technicality.
